16.energy pyramid with wireframe

run the /microsim-generator on energy-pyramid on line 1967 in the @docs/sims/TODO.md file. Pay special attention to the wireframe rules so that the layout does NOT have overlapping regions. Create a simple wireframe.html that has the SVG drawings of the rectangles before you write any of the placement.
