This is what an early warning sign looks like -- a single line moving against a set of encouraging ones. Growing enrollment and a growing waitlist are exactly what burns mentors out, so the metrics are not independent: the good news is causing the bad news. Turn off every series except mentor retention to see the trend without the reassurance around it. A club reading only enrollment would call Year 3 its best year.
