We introduced Systems Thinking and CLDs in the last chapter, but CLDs frequently fall into common patterns. We give these patterns names we call archetypes. By building up your vocabulary of archetypes names you can tackle larger problems. Archetypes are really cool and they allow you to talk about complex problems with super high bandwidth if everyone knows the names of the archetypes.

Run the chapter-content-generator skill on chapter 6 @docs/chapters/06-looking-for-leverage/index.md. Keep a positive and humorous tone. This is where we start to find our systems thinking superpower. We look for little things we can change that have a big impact.

In this chapter we take a deep dive into some of the fascinating studies in the Neurobiology of Morality. We take a close look at how normal people make poor decisions that may benefit them in the short term, but have negative impact on themselves, their families and their society. We then focus on Understanding Change Dynamics and how people and organizations change.
