Click each statement to indicate whether the red flag is present (or the protective factor is absent) in the claim you are evaluating. The Bias Risk Score meter on the right updates in real time to show the overall risk level. A score of 0-2 (green) suggests low bias risk, 3-5 (yellow) indicates moderate risk warranting further scrutiny, and 6-8 (red) signals high risk that the claim may be driven more by cognitive bias than by evidence.
