Mkdocs and templates

Look at the mkdocs.yml file @../calculus/mkdocs.yml and update the local mkdocs.yml using that as the template. Bring over
the contacts.md, license.md img/license.png js/ css/ - then look at the @../calculus/about.md and create a new
@docs/about.md using that as a template. This will require a lot of customization.
