ISO 11179 Metadata Registry Compliance¶

Every definition was written to satisfy five ISO 11179 criteria (weighted equally, 25 points each in the automated/spot-check rubric):

Appropriate for target audience: Partially. The course's primary audience (ages 8-12) reads at roughly a 3rd-grade level for chapter content, but a glossary is a reference section typically consulted with adult support (parents/teachers, the stated secondary audience) and necessarily uses some precise technical vocabulary (e.g., "coordinate," "condition," "parameter") that legitimately raises grade level. No definitions use jargon that isn't itself defined elsewhere in the glossary.
