Please generate a detailed course description for a new interactive intelligent textbook.

I would like to create a new interactive intelligent textbook called "Unicorns and Other Mythical Beast" for an April Fool's joke on my friends and followers. The goal is to give them a good laugh about my always posting about my use of AI to generate new interactive intelligent textbooks every week. The book really is a collection of stories. The stories will be full of biting satire about the current trends in AI, people's refusal to acknowledge that AI will impact education, and people that are worried that AI will take over their jobs. Some of the stories in the book are based on truth and some of the stories are total fantasy, like unicorns.

Make this book be for a general audience from 5th graders and older. Include a course overview that sounds very serious about the importance of unicorns in society and whey everyone needs to take this course. Include a detailed description of the topics covered, the topics covered and a detailed list of learning objectives classified by the 2001 Bloom Taxonomy. The course will also feature about a dozen small graphic novels about things like "Deer in the Headlights" how people see AI coming but do nothing about it. The book will have a few MicroSims such as a timeline of Unicorns in history and how AI will generate better unicorns with new features. These microsims will use the interactive-inforgraphics generators. Put the new course description in the file @docs/course-description.md
