MicroSim Quality

update all the @docs/sims/*/index.md files to include a complete lesson plan for each microsim. Look at the specification for each microsim in
@docs/sims/TODO/MICROSIM_ID.json for the original intent of the microsim and take the viewpoint of a senior instructional designer to evaluate the
quality of the final microsim generated. Update the MicroSim header index.md metadata with your quality_score on a scale of 1 to 100. Leverage the
knowledge in the /microsim-utils standardization guide for a rubric on this quality score. Also update the metadata.json for any new values you find
about each microsim.
