About This Poster

This chapter's OLED kit uses I2C, but SPI is the other protocol students will meet again outside this book — this poster gives a physical wiring reference for both.

How to Use

  • Explore — click a protocol to see its wire count and how it's addressed.
  • Quiz Me — test whether you can match a wiring fact to the right protocol.
  • Edit mode — open main.html?edit=true to drag the zone corner handles and calibrate boundaries once the poster image is generated.

Zones

  1. I2C Protocol — two shared wires, each device has an address
  2. SPI Protocol — four wires per device, no addressing needed
