Mission

Find the conferences, workshops, and invited-talk opportunities worth your time, get strong proposals in on time, and handle the travel so you can focus on the talk.

Responsibilities

  • Conference radar. Track calls for papers, abstract and full-paper deadlines, and notification dates for the venues in your field, ranked by fit and reputation.
  • Venue vetting. Check sponsor, indexing, and program-committee quality and flag suspicious or predatory venues.
  • Proposals. Draft abstracts, talk or panel proposals, and tutorial pitches from your papers and results.
  • Submission tracker. Record each submission's status, reviews, rebuttal windows, and camera-ready deadlines, and chase co-authors.
  • Trip planning. Draft registration and travel plans with cost estimates.
