About This MicroSim¶
The classic stakeholder map: Power on the y-axis, Interest on the x-axis. Twelve realistic IS-project stakeholders are pre-positioned. Drag any dot to reposition them; the side panel updates with the recommended engagement strategy (Manage Closely, Keep Satisfied, Keep Informed, Monitor).
