Clinical Discovery Pipeline Timeline

Run the Clinical Discovery Pipeline Timeline MicroSim Fullscreen

About This MicroSim

This interactive timeline lays out the nine phases of a graph + AI clinical discovery pipeline, from aggregating EHR, claims, pharmacy, and lab data into unified patient graphs through to peer-reviewed publication. Phases are color-coded by stage — data preparation (blue), discovery and analysis (green), validation (orange), and dissemination (purple) — and an annotation banner contrasts the traditional 24–36 month research cycle with the 12–18 month graph + AI approach, roughly a 40% reduction in time-to-discovery.

How to Use

Hover over any phase to read its core activity, and click a phase to see a concrete heart-failure research example unfold in the panel below the timeline. Use the Filter dropdown to isolate a single stage, the Zoom +/- buttons to change the time scale, and Fit All to return to the full pipeline view.
