Animated left-to-right progression showing the stages of colorectal cancer development. Begin with normal colon epithelium, then show each genetic event (APC loss, KRAS activation, SMAD4 loss, TP53 loss) as a labeled step that triggers a visual transformation of the tissue. At each stage, display: (1) the tissue morphology changing from normal to hyperplastic to adenoma to carcinoma, (2) the gene affected and whether it is an oncogene activation or tumor suppressor loss, (3) a running count of accumulated driver mutations. Include a timeline bar at the bottom showing approximate years elapsed. Users can click "Play" to watch the animation or step through manually.
