Learning Record Store¶
Rowan the Red Panda is the mascot for Learning Record Store. Rowan's librarian role, satchel, and connected-dots emblem turn the character into a custodian of structured learning records rather than relying on the species alone. The name Rowan evokes the row-like organization of stored records while remaining a natural personal name. Rowan was chosen to model the careful capture, organization, retrieval, and stewardship of xAPI statements. The profession and visual symbols do most of the conceptual work, giving this mascot a strong functional connection to the subject.
