  1. Freely Given Yes — Consent is a clear, voluntary, comfortable agreement without pressure.
  2. Uncertain or Paused — Hesitation or mixed signals mean stop and check in.
  3. Clear Boundary — No, stop, or a changed mind must be respected immediately.
  4. Pressure or Coercion — Pressure, guilt, threats, secrecy, or misuse of power are not consent.
