  6. Track Observations — Record useful signals such as completion, energy, barriers, mood, function, or context.
  7. Reflect — Review what worked, what did not, and why.
  8. Adapt Around Barriers — Change timing, steps, supports, environment, or the goal when barriers appear.
  9. Revise or Continue — Continue, expand, pause, or choose a new goal based on evidence and values.
