  3. Save Evidence — Preserve relevant messages, usernames, dates, or screenshots when safe.
  4. Block or Report — Use platform, school, or device controls to reduce contact and report abuse.
  5. Get Support — Tell a trusted adult, school professional, caregiver, or appropriate authority.
