Use Explore mode to select a numbered marker and learn more. Use Quiz mode to practice finding each idea.

  1. Choose One Goal — A useful personal goal is specific, realistic, and connected to something the student values.
  2. Take a Small First Action — Small repeatable actions make a goal easier to begin.
  3. Invite a Helper — Trusted adults, family, and friends can remind, model, listen, or make time.
  4. Adjust Around Obstacles — Obstacles are information, not proof that a goal failed.
  5. Check Progress — A check-in asks what happened, what helped, and what needs adjustment.
  6. Notice Feelings — Goals can bring mixed feelings. Naming them helps students respond rather than quit automatically.
  7. Learn from Positive Models — Positive models show what a healthy action can look like.
  8. Celebrate and Choose the Next Step — Celebration recognizes effort, learning, and support—not just a perfect finish.
